My Priorities

At the end of the day, what matters the most?
Hang in there, mama. You are doing just fine. It doesn't always feel that way, but your best is more than enough.

Unfinished Business
No, you didn't wash all the dishes, but you got the kids through schoolwork.
So you got laundry out of the dryer and put it on your bed. At least now you have clean clothes.
You had to allow extra screen time for a meeting that was scheduled last minute, but you will use your bonus on them at Christmas.
Your living room isn't spotless, but you chose to read your kids a story and make homemade hot chocolate.
Your Kids Matter Most
So what if your house looks lived in, you sometimes work weird hours, and you don't always look "put together"?
Your kids are fed, happy, and healthy, and at the end of the day, they might see the dirty dishes and piled up laundry, but they'll also see they were your priority. Always.
